Sergeant James Brack is a Sergeant in the Bellevue, WA Police Department’s Wellness Unit and has a Post-baccalaureate Certificate in Sports Medicine and Human Performance from the University of Washington. He has also done some Graduate School coursework in Kinesiology, Sport Psychology and Human Performance with San Jose State University.
In this meeting Sergeant James Brack will discussing the possible links between Metabolic Syndrome (Insulin Resistance) and Heart Disease, Diabetes and other diseases in Law Enforcement contributing to their early deaths as well as how to overcome it.
